When selecting talent for our e-mag, we look at the whole package, but ultimately rely on our instinct and intuition when deciding if a person, group of people or brand has that rare spark. Some of the things we look for when showcasing talent are: charisma, personality and character, well developed skills, originality, commitment, focus, drive and determination.
